The 65TREES.com website (the ‘Website’) is owned, managed and/or operated by 65TREES. In these terms, ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the member and ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ refers to 65TREES. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using this website, you hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We do not hold any responsibility for any purchase matter if this website ever disrupted by software viruses or connection lines default that is not caused by us.

We reserve the right at its discretion to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of this website after the change of Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance to agree to any such changes.

Registration and Password
To access and use most features of the Services, you will be required to register for an account. Registration is absolutely FREE! Sign Up Now.

We do not allow children known to be under the age of 18 to register for our services. Where the user is under the age of 18, such information will be deleted immediately.

Duplicate accounts or email addresses are not allowed. All duplicates will be deleted once found.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form and to maintain and promptly update the information you provide to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account.

If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or other devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

All efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided of this website or its content. However, you should be aware that there may be technical inaccuracies, typographical errors, programming bugs in this website or its content.

BUSINESS HOURS
Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm excluding weekends and public holidays.

If you have any enquiries regarding Sales or Order, kindly email us at sales@65trees.com with your order number.

By creating an account with us, you will be automatically added to our newsletter subscription list. If you do not wish to be in our newsletter subscription list, you may either unsubscribe by clicking on the link in our newsletters.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you would like to cancel your order after it has been placed, kindly email us at sales@65trees.com within two hours of placement. We will do our very best to accommodate your request. Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Sale or Discounted Items
We do not accept exchanges or returns on any Sale items, Discounted items (including items purchased using promotional codes) at any time.

Size Exchange
As of 1 January 2020, we regret to inform that we will no longer be accepting size exchanges.

Stock Availability
Our stock availability is daily refreshed to show the most up-to-date information.

Out-of-stock item are quickly removed from our portal.

In some cases, it may be possible that an item that was in-stock when you placed your order may be out-of-stock by the time your order is processed. In the event any of the items ordered is out-of-stock will be highlighted in your shopping order notes.

There may be a short wait until the item is replenished if the item is temporarily out-of-stock.

We will notify you as soon as possible if any of the items you have ordered are unexpectedly or temporarily out of stock.

Returns
If you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, you may return it for a replacement or refund. Please completed copy of our Returns Form.

Item must be returned unwashed, unworn, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags and labels intact.

The unconditionally returns are acceptable within 7 days from the date your package has been received.

We recommended keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.

Send your parcel via a delivery method that provides a tracking number. We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.

Please inform us the following information
● The order number
● Item Code
● The quantity of each item
● Tracking number of the package you returned to us

The following reasons will not be considered for defective returns
Slight color difference resulting from the difference on individual’s monitor. Product’s photos are taken under professional studio environment thus may be slight color differences from actual item.

Deliberate damage of the item in order to make item eligible for exchange.

Minor defects, especially for fashion items, such as loose threads, scratches or slight stains which are not obvious under normal lighting, slight asymmetry, slight misalignment of seams, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on, or any reason that are similar in effect, are not considered as defects.

In general, ‘defects’ that do not affect the general outlook of the apparel when worn will not be considered as defects and hence, are not eligible for defective returns.

During the mass manufacturing process, there may be around 1cm to 3cm differences between the item’s actual size and our stated measurements. Such variances will not be considered as defects.

Defects which are caused/appear after washing and/or handling by the customer are also not accepted for defective returns.

Note
Item’s eligibility or ‘defective’ enough to qualify for an exchange will be determined based on the discretion of 65TREES.

To return your item, we will provide you a return address via email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

65TREES will bear the to-and-fro shipping costs for incorrect or defective items only.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be refunded the purchase amount for the item (at time of purchase) in the form of Wallet Credits.

In the event where an item is out of stock, Wallet Credits will be issued.

MY WALLET
What is the use of a My Wallet? You can use My Wallet to keep electronic money, just in the same way you keep your physical money in a physical wallet. Once funds are stored in your My Wallet, you can use credits in your My Wallet to make online purchase.

You must take all reasonable care to ensure that your registered e-mail account as part of the My Wallet credentials is secure and only accessed by you.

My Wallet:-
● is strictly non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
● do not have an expiry date.
● is not a bank account and the money held on your My Wallet will not earn any interest.
● can only be used for online purchases on 65TREES.

Paying with My Wallet
To apply My Wallet to an order when checking out, you must first log in to your account. Once logged in, you will see your available My Wallet credits listed in the top menu bar of the page or on your account page.

Depositing Funds
You can deposit funds by visiting the website, logging into your My Wallet and following the relevant deposit instructions on the website.

The default currency pocket which is denominated in Singapore Dollar.

PRODUCT CARE AND SIZE GUIDE
For care instructions for your apparel. Here are some guidelines for washing.
● Hand wash your gear in cold water and tumble dry on low is the general rule.
● Vivid colors last the longest when washing or drying any of your apparel make sure to turn your items inside out.
● Wash dark or sensitive color separately.
● Do not bleach.
● Do not soak to prevent color run.
● Steam ironing recommended.

The product may be slightly different from the pictures shown on website caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness.

Different in measurement by 1cm to 3cm due to  mass manufactured.
